SMS Consent Notice: By using CallMonster's services, your customers may receive automated SMS messages from your business number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
1. Who We Are
CallMonster is a product of Everyday Capital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide automated missed-call SMS response services for small businesses, contractors, and trades professionals. Our services are powered by Twilio's messaging infrastructure.

- The content of SMS messages sent and received
- Timestamps and delivery status of messages
We do not collect names, addresses, or any other personal details about your customers unless they choose to share that information in their SMS replies.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the automated SMS response service you signed up for
- Route missed-call notifications and trigger automated messages
- Send you monthly performance reports
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Provide customer support
- Comply with Twilio's A2P 10DLC messaging requirements and applicable law
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to any third party. We do not use customer phone numbers for any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.
4. SMS Messaging and Consent
CallMonster sends automated SMS messages on behalf of registered businesses to individuals who have called those businesses. By calling a business that uses CallMonster, individuals may receive an automated text response from that business's number.
Every message sent through our platform includes an opt-out instruction. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. They can reply HELP for assistance.
Message frequency depends on the volume of missed calls received by each individual business. Standard message and data rates may apply based on the recipient's mobile carrier plan.
Our messaging complies with Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy and CTIA guidelines for A2P (application-to-person) messaging.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only as necessary to deliver our services:
- Twilio Inc. — Our SMS delivery infrastructure. Twilio processes message content and phone numbers to send and receive SMS messages. See Twilio's Privacy Policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
- Stripe Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe handles all billing information. We never see or store full credit card numbers.
- Make.com (Integromat) — Automation platform used to trigger SMS workflows when a missed call is detected.
- Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information with any advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing companies.
6. Data Retention
We retain business client account information for as long as your account is active and for up to 2 years after account closure for legal and accounting purposes.
SMS message logs (phone numbers and message content) are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission and restricted access to production systems.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us immediately at hello@callmonster.ai if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
